Future Consumer Research Report
03 September 2009The Australian Communications Consumer Action Network has today launched Future Consumer: Emerging Consumer Issues in Telecommunications and Convergent Communications and Media.
Future Consumer is a research project looking at consumer and policy issues relating to telecommunications and mobiles, the Internet, broadcasting, and affordability. The research was funded by the Commonwealth government through the Department of Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy (DBCDE) as part of its support for the establishment of ACCAN.
Future Consumer will influence the issues and priorities set out in the forthcoming draft strategic plan, which will be available shortly for public comment.
