Joanna is a policy, regulatory and consumer advocacy leader with over 30 years experience spanning consulting, financial services, government and the not-for-profit sectors. She has advised clients on major policy, regulatory and industry reform initiatives and has a strong interest in ensuring fair outcomes for consumers. Having served as the former Director of Policy for ACCAN, Joanna is well-versed in the diverse range of issues faced by communications consumers. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Melbourne, is a graduate of the ANZ School of Government 2019 Executive Fellow Program, and a graduate of the AICD’s Foundations of Directorship program.
