Application-to-person SMS record keeping rules

ACCAN recently submitted to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) consultation on the proposed application-to-person (A2P) SMS record keeping rules (RKR). ACCAN supports the ACCC’s proposal and encourages the regulator to continue monitoring the A2P SMS market to assess whether further regulatory intervention is required to promote the long-term interest of end-users.
