Extending the Customer Service Guarantee rules

ACCAN recently submitted to the Australian Communications and Media Authority’s consultation on extending the Customer Service Guarantee (CSG) rules. ACCAN supports the proposed extension of the CSG instruments and continues to advocate for broader reforms to modernise the Universal Services Obligation, ensuring all Australians can access reliable, high-quality communications services.
