Vivi Fei is Project Manager, Accessible Telecoms at ACCAN. She brings extensive experience in design, digital transformation and accessibility, with a strong focus on inclusive communications and consumer-centred outcomes. Throughout her career, Vivi has led cross-functional initiatives across user experience, service design and accessibility, helping organisations deliver more inclusive products and services. She is passionate about advancing equitable access to telecommunications for people with disability. Vivi holds a Master of Design Science from the University of Sydney.
